If the maximum delivery time has passed, an investigation will be launched.

Our policy:

• 50% of the original order will be resent for the following products  : 

• K2 A4 SHEETS - HERBAL INCENSE  - BLOTTERS - PELLETS 

• No refunds will be made for the following products : 

• K2 LIQUIDS - SYNTHETIC CANNABINOIDS - STIMULANTS

• Shipments without Track & Trace and shipments intercepted by customs are excluded from a re-ship.
